The maker of Reforge. I've trained for years and built websites just as long. Reforge brings those two passions together: nutrition, training and coaching in one place.
My story
Two things have run through my life for years: sport and building websites. One kept me fit, the other has fascinated me since I put my first page online. For a long time they stayed two separate worlds. I trained old school: head to the gym, train on feel and keep track of nothing else. Apps, data or a dashboard that brought it all together, we simply didn't have that back then. You did your thing and hoped it was heading the right way. It worked, but you never really knew whether you were making progress or where it could be sharper. The numbers that mattered just didn't exist anywhere. The more I thought about it, the more I felt it could be done differently. Today, new technology finally lets me bring those two worlds together. That is why I'm building Reforge: one platform where nutrition, training, progress and coaching come together. Made in Belgium, with care for privacy and for the people who use it every day.
